Give your best not your leftovers. I know its not easy because we both have jobs, come back home tired & still need to do a few chores before bedtime so it can be hard to pour your energy into your marriage.
This is one of the main reasons for sexless marriages today.
Amidst all, still find a little time to be in the arm of your loved one for this will actually energize your batteries instead of draining them.
